Stuck in the '90s

Even when I finally had power at my home, I had no way to surf the web without using my mobile phone. This is a great time to advise you that I still didn't understand my cellular phone service wasn't upgraded. I got struck with California roaming charges the entire time I was awaiting the mystical look of the cable television man.
The Fuzz
